The youngest of six, Dr. Nicole Bradford grew up in a chaotic, abusive home environment and always felt "different." Despite her challenging upbringing, Nicole was the only one of her siblings to attend college and has had a remarkable career. She embraced being different by no longer focusing conforming and meeting external expectations, and instead focusing on her own.

She has held many different titles within the educational system, from teacher to principal and even a college dean, and today, Nicole has her own business supporting educators and administrators. Her journey of professional growth is a testament to her resilience and determination. Her business name is Maintaintheflame, and you'll hear more about that in the interview.

Nicole has a book out now, "My Soul is NOT for sale". This book focuses on how you can break away from the Lies, Labels and Limitations and create the life you deserve.
