As we ramp up to E3, a ton of games are being announced and we cover the likes of Mortal Kombat X, Homefront: The Revolution, Battlefield Homefront, and Forza Horizon 2. Wii U and Ubisoft has great sales this week, but it was all over-shadowed by Luigi and "Stare of Death"!
We wrap up this week's show with your questions on Twitch, and then a E3 predictions segment.

Sometimes it's better to shut up and get back to business, as Nintendo learns this week. Tomodachi Life's absence of a same sex marriage option sent gamers in a frenzy, and the 1985FM staff discusses Nintendo's obligation to the company and to their fans.
In happier news, Insomniac showed off the studios first gameplay video of the upcoming Xbox One exclusive, Sunset Overdrive. It's vivid, frantic, carnage, and 1985FM approves!
Also on the show, some light E3 discussion, and more Dark Souls 2. Make sure to subscribe to the podcast on iTunes, rate the show, and tune into www.twitch.tv/1985FM every Monday @9:30PST for the live video version of the show!
Whether you call it Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, or House of CoDs, 1985FM is actually excited about the new game in a the franchise that continues to break records. Could this futuristic injection be just what the series needs to bring back appeal, lost from continuous, uninspired, annual releases?
Also on the show, the ESA has released their 2013 demographics, and the most surprisingly revelation is the age of the average gamer. Do consoles have a long lasting future, as the key demographic continues to get older?
The staff also discusses Dark Souls 2, Hearthstone, Child of Light, Zenimax's claims against John Carmack and Oculus VR, and Nintendo opting out of another E3 stage show.

Decades later, now an old man clings to the regrets of a life shaped by the years after that fateful day in New Mexico. He retuns to dig up the sins buried underneath the cursed soil...

In this 1985FM interview the staff catches up with lead designer of HyperSloth Games, Samuel Read. It's been nearly a year since we last spoke with Sam and now--after considerable trials and tribulations--The studio has made Dream a reality. Available on Steam Early Access, Dream follows the subconscious lucidity of Howard Phillips and his indecision towards life.
In the interview, Sam tells us what players can expect from Dream's first-person exploration based design, recalls nearly shutting down the company, what it's been like sharing Dream with the community, and the simple joy of Steam trading cards. As usual, we had a great time talking with Sam and hope everyone gets just as much enjoyment listening.
Dream is currently available on Steam for $14.99. The early access alpha limits some content, but allows players a chance to help shape the game and get a unique look into the evolution of this ambitious title. For more on Dream visit the game's Steam page or HyperSloth Games' website.
This week we sit back and reminisce on our favorite horror and "Halloween" games. We also chat about Assassin's Creed 3, Deadlight, and Soul Calibur. Bring on the tricks and the treats.
We talk Walking Dead Episode 4, XCOM, and rage over Retro City Rampage. We also got to interview Sam Read, Lead Designer of the recently green-lit game Dream.
