Nina is a Cosmic Intuitive, Plant Medicine Advocate, and mom of two grown boys. She lives in the woods, stewarding a 90 acre forest in southern Ontario with her dog, Aster.

Over the course of 30 years, Nina has studied a broad spectrum of Alternative Health Care Practices, including Nutrition, Massage Therapy, Reiki, Yoga, Herbology, Homeopathy, Psychotropic Plant Medicines, Astrology, Shadow Work, Soul Retrieval, and Holistic Health Coaching.

Nina has distilled her decades of trainings and self-study experiences into a consulting practice devoted to guiding folks back home to themselves - to the truth of who they are.
