I knew I liked Peter the minute I heard him talk at Sellerlabs Resonate conference. His "You need to have a strategy for every ASIN you carry" came just I was getting ready to go on stage as say the top sellers I interview have a plan and know the profits of every ASIN they carry! So a former Amazon exec is saying that's what he has seen work and I have heard it time and again from the top sellers I interview. Hmm.. seems like a plan? I knew we were kindred spirits for sure.
