NINE MORE DAYS TIL HALLOWEEN....

 

Day Six of the COUNTDOWN TO HALLOWEEN POD-A-THON seemed a good time to take a little break from the constant bloodshed, mutilation and suffering and enjoy a little palette cleaner.

Specifically, a Canadian palette cleanser in the form of a bizarre yet charming and sadly forgotten Halloween TV special from 1978 called WITCH'S NIGHT OUT.

With voice talent like GILDA RADNER and CATHERINE O'HARA, I'm already sold.

But when the lonely, aging witch is totally channeling NORMA DESMOND from SUNSET BOULEVARD, you're entering GAY CAMP HEAVEN territory.

 

And speaking of Gay Camp Heaven, I'm joined by everyone's favorite 'fraidy cat, DOUG SHAPIRO.

(Just look at that punim. I could plotz!)
