As Christians supporting Israel is not optional. In both the Old and New Testament, the bible clearly states why Israel is deserving of our unconditional support. Everything sacred to Christians is found among the Jewish people: The Sacred Scriptures, The Prophets and of course a carpenter from the house of David. This past Sunday at Cross Lutheran Church and School Timothy Donald Fraker was ordained as a Pastor in the Lutheran Church. He will be installed at Trinity Lutheran Church in Weatherford, Tx on Aug 3, 2014.

Founded in 1981, Christian Youth Theater (CYT) is the largest children's program in the nation. The program is for young people ages 4-18. This week we visit with Ms Amanda Pryor who closed out her CYT career at Texas Lutheran University's Jackson Auditorium in Seguin, Texas. Amanda delighted the audience with her inspired peformance as Gertrude McFuzz in the CYT production of Seussical the Musical. We will talk to Amanda about CYT, her recent high school graduation, her plans for college and how she is using her talents to glorify God.

She lives in Gruene, and I live in Guadalupe County. But we do a show called 1 City Under God and by that we mean New Braunfels. Today, we talk to Kaitlyn about summer 2014, her life, her dreams and the callenge of being a Christian witness in the modern world.
