1NVOLUTION

In this episode, I discuss the importance of feeling and expression and their connection to the reality in which we live. We have a duty to feel and be felt in a time such as this. We need our hearts more than ever to bring about real change!

Here, I take a dive into the lesson I've been learning about letting go of my preconceived notions about myself so that I can live in peace in my true Self. It is easy to get caught up in what is expected of you and to lose your voice in the process. Today, I'm taking it back!

We have learned to accept the boxes/conditions that we have been given. Be it labels, struggle, socioeconomic status, gender, etc.. We must accept that we are much more than any limitation that has been put on us. The power is within you. In-volution is a must!

In this episode, I give some background as to why I chose the name for my podcast. I'm here to open up, explore, and inspire through all of life's changes, challenges, and triumphs. We all have the answers in us to grow into our best self every day.

In this episode I detail my struggle with perfectionism and religiosity. As I grew up in church, I learned to strive for perfection like that of Jesus. I also learned to punish myself for fear of being punished by God with hell. I am coming out of this mentality day by day. I am enough and so are you!

In this episode, I begin to give some background about my journey out of organized religion and spiritual evolution. I hope others can connect and know that they are not alone should they make a similar decision
