Listening is not as beneficial as "singing" along. The goal is to just freely produce sounds according to how we feel while moving through different frequencies~ Whatever sound comes out is right for that moment for ourselves and the rest........if you are here it's not by chance~

You could just sit there and listen but this one is really to "sing"along. The goal is to just freely move through and release the blockages while making some "noise".

You don't have to agree but you do need to respect it.

Respect is given to all and so is freedom and your freedom ends where that of others begins~
