High demanding job is to assume and judge a person, place, or thing. Assuming creates judging. Judging is a deadly sin.

When I was a kid I loved eating PBJ sandwiches. Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches were the go to. But, who thought to put PBJ together would taste great. When life is gloomy and redundant, find your moments in heart smiles, like you just found your PBJ sandwich.

Work ethic shows how you care for yourself and others.

When your child has created something, appreciate and give gratitude. Make celebrations.

Only today counts in personal growth, get a full body scan.
