1st Pres O.C. - YG

During our New Years All Nighter, we took some time with tired voices and late night energy to worship and start the year off focusing on the Lord. Thankfully, we edited down things to just the music so hopefully you can join us in singing praises to God for all He's done!

P.S. - We did have some technical glitches trying out a new recording system and speaker system but we had a good time and hope you can enjoy!

This week we dive into the Lord's love, how its shown, how it effects us, and how it relates to the Advent season! Hope you all enjoy as we carol away for worship and celebrate the birth of the Savior!!

(Lesson begins at minute 12)

He is the reason for the season and the season is full of JOY! Join us as we explore how Jesus gives us hope in all things, the difference between happiness and joy, and how Joy relates to Hope and Peace!

But what is peace? How do we get it? Where can we find lasting peace?? We explore all that and more in week 2 of our Advent series!

Obviously this is posted WAY after the Christmas season but peace is something we all want, no matter the time of year so enjoy!

P.S. The lesson starts at 7:47

Desired constantly but rarely found. We explore what hope is, where it comes from, and how we can have it not just around Christmas time!

P.S. No worship music in this episode

A fair question and one that Habakkuk brings to God at the end of Chapter 1! We've all seen evil and sin go on longer then we thought it should and all have thought, why does God allow that?

We explore that question a bit and more in week 2 of Habakkuk, reading from Hab. 1:12-2:20 so buckle up and enjoy!

P.S. - We had more technical issues this week so Gabe had to rerecord the worship at home and read some scriptures that didnt come through in the lesson recording! Its a rough and ready podcast and lots of fun! lol

The cry of the righteous for justice, God responds, more questions!

This series we're exploring this Old Testament Book to see the character of God in both Old and New Testaments and to see what we can learn from some of the minor prophets in the bible!

(P.S. Gabe had some technical difficulties on this weeks lesson so he was without his lesson notes and without slides but we had fun and learned a lot!)

The most confusing and weird book for many Christians and one we dove into this week! Obviously we couldn't discuss every little detail of it but we broke down the sections of the book and talked about the purpose and focus of Revelations as well!

I hope you all can glean something from this and are able to feel encouraged after hearing what Revelation is all about!

Some touchy subjects but important to be aware of what they are and what their limits are!

In week 3 of our Spirit Series, we look at where angels and demons come from, what they do, and discuss the power Jesus has over them all!

Hope you can learn something from this and be blessed!

What are they? Why are we given them? Where do they come from? What are their purpose?

Join us as we explore these questions and more in Week 2 of our Spirit series!
