1st tier approach of The Second Chance Man's vision. Of the 4 tier approach.

Support circles inside and outside prisons. We have a recidivism problem in our communities. Not a lack of punishment. Its division and a lack of support that fuels recidivism.

Introduce these inside prisons for all to check in and do the work needed to heal.

The first plan to release is COSA. COSA is needed. We have a society of broken beings who need pro-social models to learn from.
