Dale outlines not one, but two scholarly arguments from Biblical Prophecies in the OT; the first is based on John Bloom and Robert Newman's "Twin-City" argument based on some of the Oracles to the Nations. The second argument is Dale's own Circumstantial Argument from Messianic Prophecies for Jesus where he argues that we have a unique circumstance of "Jesus or Bust".
