Today we welcome back a **Scott Adams School favorite, philosopher extraordinaire Stefan Molyneux!**

We never quite know where a conversation with Stefan is going to take us, which is exactly why we love having him here.

Today we want to explore **philosophy and persuasion**. Do the two work together? Does philosophy need persuasion in order to spread good ideas, or should a sound philosophical argument be able to stand entirely on its own? And what happens when the most persuasive argument isn’t necessarily the most philosophically sound one?

We’ll also ask Stefan about his upcoming **Word War Debate**, including the intriguingly titled **“God vs. God?”** matchup, what exactly he’ll be debating, how he’s preparing for it, and how you can watch or attend.

And then, naturally, we’ll see where the conversation takes us. With Stefan, making a rigid agenda seems almost philosophically indefensible anyway.

### A reminder about our chat
