Welcome to 2 Black Nerds Season 5! After a couple of weeks off, we're back with some exciting news: we'll now be releasing two episodes a week! You can still catch our regular episode on Tuesdays, and we'll also be dropping a new episode every Thursday covering the long-awaited Disney+ show, Loki. Having been a part of the MCU since Thor (2011), Loki finally has his own series, and we're here to discuss it. This is Episode 1 - "Glorious Purpose."
"Do or do not, there is no try" - Yoda. 'STAR WARS VISIONS'(2:08) has finally arrived and it's one of the most creative things we've gotten from the Star Wars franchise in sometime. 'WHAT IF...?'(43:44) Episode 7 titled 'What If...Thor Was An Only Child", a party episode with a ton of cameos has also premiered on Disney Plus. On the other side of streaming, Netflix recently held their 'Tudum Fan Event' (1:15:31), a virtual showcase, where many trailers and first looks of upcoming Netflix shows and movies were shown. The other news of the week includes 'THE TRAGEDY OF MACBETH' trailer and the casting of the upcoming 'SUPER MARIO BROS' movie. RIP to the legendary Melvin Van Peebles.
It's finally here!! James Gunn's 'The Suicide Squad' has hit theaters and HBO Max and we're here to discuss it. Of course we give our quick spoiler free thoughts but we're also here to break it down with complete spoilers the best way we know how.
It's the season finale of Loki and if you seen what we've just seen, you understand that there's a ton to discuss. Picking up immediately where Loki episode 5 left off, episode 6, titled “For All Time. Always." sees Loki and Sylvie each the mysterious Citadel at the End of Time that was teased for the first time last week. This episode contains so much information that will propel the next phase and more importantly the next saga of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
“I am Loki. God of Outcasts. They see themselves in me, and I in them. All of us, alone together. It’s why my stories always end with someone trying to put me in a box. And begin with my spectacular escape.” Loki episode 5 is here and there's a ton going on. Loki is trying to escape The Void, a desolate purgatory where he meets variant versions of himself and Sylvie continues to seek for the mastermind behind the TVA.
