Everyone wants to tell you that mindset is everything, but Tim is here with special guest Jesse Ewell to tell you it isn’t.  Mindset is a great place to start, but is it enough to get you to your goal?  There are a lot of pieces that go into the whole.  Your mindset is only your thoughts and external beliefs; you need more than that.  We must include our bodies, our hearts, and our faith.  What good is your mindset if your body isn’t propelling your forward?  You also have to put your heart into it to keep your passion fueled.  Without faith how will you stay committed before you see the results?  While mindset alone can bring about some change it won’t be a lasting transformation.  Challenge yourself to put your mindset, body, heart, and faith into alignment.
