In this episode we go full on 'personal life story'!

I reminisce over a date I went on (which was in fact a break up date) while sitting on my living room floor mid-move. This episode doesn't really have a plan or any particular structure, it's just real shit that leads to a whole lot of "ah ha's" and head nodding.

I think all too often we say we are want something- when in reality, we have no idea what we want. Many of us walk around lacking clarity and end up wondering why we seem to run into the same crap over and over again (in dating AND in life.)
