On today's episode, I speak with Kristy Maffit. Kristy Maffit is a writer, poet, mother, and mystic living in the Pacific Northwest. While she’s formally trained as a Doctor of Pharmacy, Kristy is passionate about the soul and understanding its language. Forty Mornings is her first book, but she’s also polishing up Glow—a mystical young adult novel about incarnated angels. She first leaned into her intuition when she was nudged to write Glow. This began a journey of rediscovering herself from the inside out as she entered into the space of the spiritual. For the past decade, Kristy’s been integrating her two seemingly disparate selves—the logical, mundane, and scientific with the intuitive, magical, and spiritual—into the glowing whole of a human being. She shares her story, how she recognizes and pursues the nudges and leans into letting her intuition to guide her life and decisions.
