Starting your day off on the back foot can leave you feeling as though you're chasing your tail for the rest of the day - before you know it, you've missed your morning workout, hit up the local cafe for banana bread and a coffee on your way to work, and arrive home hangry with no time or energy to cook a decent dinner

So here are four things that I do consistently to help me win my day. Getting your life off to a good start each morning often sees the rest of the day fall into place.
