Psychotherapist Trishala Dutt is back on our podcast and the topic of conversation this week is grief. As Professional Organizers and Closet Designers, we often come across items that belonged to a relative or loved one that was passed down to our clients. Sometimes, we feel guilty letting go of these items even though we may not really want to keep them.
Trishala talks to us about the different stages of grief and shares tips that may make it easier for us to let go of things. She also answers a bunch of interesting and deep questions that came through our Instagram page. Grief is a hard topic to talk about and it's so great that we have a professional on our show to help us get a better understanding of the process.
Make sure to follow Trishala on Instagram where she often has great conversations surrounding the topic of mental health.
