Jon Evans is not your typical "guru" and didn't start off in the martial arts industry. His background is in marketing and sales and by chance was blessed to discover the martial arts industry while his son was training to be a blackbelt, first helping the school his son attended to double in size in less than 6 months, and then moving on to help hundreds of schools across the world.

Travis Klabon came to the business side of the martial arts industry after years of successful coaching and program building. His years building successful travel sports leagues and coaching players into the NFL helped fine-tune a skill set to help hundreds of school owners reach their business goals for their school.
Travis has worked with school owners on 3 continents and continues to support them inefficient ways to grow their school.
