To start anything we have to know what our personal goal of a successful day is and it can change day today. That’s part of it! Let's dig into the first step to planning together!!
Action Items for the show: These are optional and up to you. Each show will have action items you can run with. I don’t want you to run with them all... maybe every show that really speaks with you grab an action item and go out and test it out!
#1: Tune into your self every morning: Ask yourself, what is my goal for the day? Make a word of the day.
#2: Write out your 3 big rocks for the day: Focus and be intentional with your days so you can accomplish what you want.
#3: Time block: Plan it in. Set timers. Be intentional. See where you waste time. Time journal if you don’t know where you spend your time.
