I used to have no self esteem. I used to hate everything about myself, and could barely find even 1 thing to compliment myself. Now? I still have my insecurities, but I learned to see the beauty in the person I am, I learned to accept and love what I cannot change, and most importantly I got to know myself on every level and I became my own biggest fan.

So I created this 7 step guide to self love, to share some of my experiences and best ways to start loving yourself and growing you self worth.
This are a simple guide based on my OWN personal experience and journey.
