In this episode I share my experience of having grown up in a small town at a slower pace, the strong af mindset I listened too and birthed from as young as age 15. I also discuss my personal development journey between years 18-29 (now). I openly share going from the tip of the ice burg, mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually to being absolutely suffocated in a toxic, controlling, nassasitic business relationship that eventually washed off my glitter and broke my crown. As well as Sharing the details of my journey and the come back from the hardest and darkest time in my life and where I am today because of it all.
