  • Ep. 58: Valley Girls & Voracious Capitalism

It's time for another go around the movie news circuit with your favorite underqualified bois, Ben and Ian! This time they're dissecting the racial dynamics of 80s redux jukebox musicals, plugging some important social justice organizations (see links below!), and with the help of Abigail Disney's angry tweets, talking about the disparaging way that Disney has treated its frontline workers in this lil pandemic. Buckle up, 'cause it's hump day, and 2 Many Flix is here to get rowdy!

  • Ep. 54: Expressionist Synopsis

The world is coping with the new lifestyles we have all had to adopt, and likewise so are Ben and Ian. Join them in their first-ever remotely recorded episode! Venturing into new audio territory is terrifying,  and that's why Ben and Ian are so grateful to have their audio engineer Matt! This week they're taking a look at the trailers for The Iron Mask, whose marketing team has the loosest sense of what a logline is, Survive the Night, which may be the most milktoast Bruce Willis thriller yet, and Selah and the Spades, which looks to give you all of the femme power and badassery you need to make it through the quarantine with, or without, giving yourself those bangs you've been sharing memes about (you do you)! Whether it's hardboiled journalism or Sci-Fi horror hot takes, the crew at 2 Many Flix has got you covered!

  • Ep. 53: About That Bag

What does Candyman (2019), Aquaman (2018), and Baywatch (2017) all have in common? Yahya getting that bag. Ben and Ian are here with no fear, to talk about the new Candyman trailer, Sony Pictures Animation's next big project, and movie releases in the face of COVID-19. Whether you're thirsting for movie news, or just want some comforting voices to cozy up to, let Ben's silky tones and Ian's befuddled blustering give you the best (and worst) that the world of cinema has to offer.

  • Ep. 52 The Citadel of Bobs

The year is 2020, the world is ravaged by bad decision making in the face of a new pandemic, and only two goofs are willing to stand up in the face of such adversity and deliver your earballs some movie news. Ben and Ian are here to keep you company in these trying times and give you something to laugh about, so long as it pertains to movies. They recorded this bad boy ~3 weeks ago so they're looking at such topical things as The Invisible Man, Nia Da Costa's short teaser for The Candyman, and all of the three generations of Bobs at Disney's highest levels of decision making. Buckle up, and hold onto your butts, because if you have questions about movies, or just need someone to keep you company in isolation, 2 Many Flix has got you covered!

  • Ep. 51 The Secret is that The Secret is BS

What's that noise? Ah, it's the movie news alarm. Well, guess what? Ben and Ian are ready to tackle it all and try to make it digestible, even when handed something as inedible as a trailer for The Secret: Dare to Dream. Thankfully they have other, more palatable offerings in the form of Cut Throat City, Artemis Fowl, and the new Batman suit reveal, among other things. Start your week off right with these goofs and spoofs of movie news.

  • Ep. 50 Dogshank Redemption

It's that time of the week again, where Ben and Ian put on their movie goggles in an effort to distill all of that juicy movie news into yours, the listener's, ear holes. They're taking a look at the triple-A blockbuster trailer for the much anticipated Under conTroll (and a24s The Green Knight), as well as celebrating/griping about the Oscars for ONE LAST TIME (WE PROMISE)...for this year. For some reason, Ian subjected himself to the live-action Lady and the Tramp movie on Disney +, and Ben shares some thoughts on Mark Ruffalo's Hulk character, and where his future in the MCU might lie. Buckle up, and hold onto your butts, because it's movie time.
