Another week of non-stop news in the world of football has happened once again but we've had so bad news to go along with the good this time.

We start the show with the unfortunate news of the passing of Diego Maradona and Jacques gives his thoughts on the player, the man, his legacy and how he will be remembered by fans and friends alike. We will look back at Maradona's life in much more detail next week when David return's to the show.

Some more positive news, however, is the return of fans to stadiums and grounds up and down the country starting from next month! Jacques goes over what it means for the Premier League clubs going forward, who's allowed what number in if any at all and will it, in fact, become a disadvantage to some clubs later down the line?

Jacques then previews the biggest game of the season so far for Chelsea and himself with the Blues meeting Tottenham Hotspur this weekend in what Jacques is branding a title race six pointer!

Are Spurs really in this race for the long run and will Jose Mourinho embracing the underdog status once again have anything to do with it?

Jacques also covers the rest of last week's results and give's his thought on the upcoming weekend's fixtures.

The international break is finally over and a huge weekend of Premier League fixtures awaits us but before we get into all of that though it’s been a busy week in the world of football once again!

Pep Guardiola has agreed a new 2 year deal with Manchester City taking him to the end of the 2022/23 season. This will obviously stabilise the club, but a rebuild is needed and before his time is up will Guardiola finally clinch the Champions League with Manchester City?

We also discuss the influence this move will have on the future of Mauricio Pochettino and Lionel Messi and it also starts a debate on which club we think is the better move for a manager at the moment, Manchester City or Manchester United?

This international break has certainly been a controversial one, especially during these uncertain times, and a lot of debate has sparked from it as a result. Why did it even happen, were the additional friendlies necessary, is the UEFA Nations League important and what are the implications on club football as a result of it taking place?

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s tenure as Manchester United manager has been under scrutiny since day one of his full-time employment at the club.

Project Big Picture was presented to us all last week and it received a resounding no from the Premier League, it's clubs and fans across the country alike.
