In this week's episode, I'm chatting about the 3 daily non-negotiables that I do to look after myself.
These are 3 things that I do daily which are the foundational pieces of caring for myself. If I am to do these 3 things daily, I know I show up the best I can as a Mum, Wife, Mum in business. I have energy, I feel good within myself & get more done.
So often I know for myself & my clients we can go through our day ticking things off the To-Do List to get us through...and this involves all things kids, home & business yet when it comes to ourselves & doing something just for us, we usually end up right down on the bottom of the list.
