today we discuss; friendships, how to surround yourself with healthy connections, and become your own bff. don't waste your energy on people who aren't reciprocating. instead reallocate your energy to form new healthy connections or spend time with yourself; it is always better to be alone over having friends who only love you in halves. a reminder that a lot of growth happened for us in our "lonely era". show up as the friend you want, not only for others, but for yourself. this week we challenge you to pour into cups that are also pouring into you. if no one comes to mind, plan a little solo date, or self care night, and pour into yourself. we also challenge you to make a list of all the admirable qualities you see in your friends and realize that those all exist within you too.
