#MeetTheDealmaker: In this episode, I speak with Karly Iacono about the net lease industry and why investors should pay more attention to this asset class. We dive in on the short and long term effects on the industry caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and what landlords and brokers can do to navigate these times.

Karly began her career in real estate in 2004 after leaving a job in litigation consulting. After several successful years of selling investment property along the Gulf Coast, she founded and ran Yacht Smart, a power boat timeshare and charter business in New York Harbor. In 2014, Karly joined Marcus & Millichap and now leads the Iacono Team which specializes in the sale and acquisition of single tenant net leased investments on a national basis.
