Sunday, December 1, 2024 – As we reflect on our blessings this Thanksgiving season, we are also grateful for the many promises found in God’s Word. In our study of 2 Peter 3, we focus on the "New Heavens and New Earth" that God promises will come. This concept is beyond human comprehension, yet Scripture offers us insights that reveal it as everything worth living for. Imagine, if you will, what it will be like when all battles and sources of pain, misery, grief, and sorrow are vanquished, never to affect our lives again. When everything is complete and God re-creates the Heavens and Earth to their original form, it will surpass anything we can describe. Until then, we wait patiently and strive to win others to Christ, hoping to take as many as possible with us into this marvelous future. Worship and study along with us.
