We're back! This month, I'm joined by Ryan Boyd of the Rank and Vile podcast and we discuss Mortal Kombat's recent trend of including horror icons in their casts. We talk a little psychology, a little game design, and generally push our glasses waaaay up our noses to talk horror!

This month, the effervescent Spin joins me to discuss Soul Calibur II, one of the hands-down best games of the 2000s! We talk about the mechanics, presentation, and all the other factors that keep this game in contention among the all-time greats!

This month, I sat down with Lukas as we reminisced about a game that kept both of us from doing homeowrk back in college! We talk about what makes Smash unique, the way it seems tailor made for inside jokes, and I briefly get kind of Lovecraftian about the game mechanics!
