Hey everyone!

This one got me a little choked up while recording not going to lie. I dive in deep into why this saying from Socrates means so much to me and how I utilize it in my daily life. No, there is no magic button to happiness, to feeling like we are on the right path, but if we take the time to examine our lives and what is going on we can navigate those waters and start to make change where change is needed.
