What is good everyone?!

Welcome to another episode of Pivotal Conversations, and oh what a special episode we have for you all today. Luckily Devante was able to head out to good old Kansas here in the US to visit a mentor and friend of his in the coaching space, James Thayer.

James is the human in the fitness space who is articulating movement concepts and anything related to health and fitness in a different way than most. This is exactly what drove Devante towards James in the first place. Now in today's episode, we will not be talking training!

We dive into some topics that Devante thought would be fun to run through with James and just pick his brain on.
