A somewhat unusual drug treatment program is gaining ground in the Bay Area.

A tragic weekend in Santa Rosa has left two teens dead and two others hospitalized after a series of drug overdoses, possibly related to fentanyl.

It’s been three years to the day since thousands of Russian troops entered Ukraine in a failed attempt to overthrow the government and install one friendly to its government. Since then hundreds of thousands of military have died on both sides.
