Calling all outdoorsman!  This is your episode of 2 Shots.  The Bo Brothers were honored to have Mike Kelty, the Treasurer of the National Wild Turkey Federation-Kentucky Chapter in the studio to talk about the mission of the NWTF.  But it wasn't all about the this great organization, it was about hunting in general and the lessons it teaches.  Seriously, you couldn't ask for a better representative to paint the picture of the great outdoorsman!  We talked hunting turkey, deer, alligators, bears, and everything in between AND, we talked eating those rascals!  We also talked with Mike about another one of his passions and that is meat processing.  Here's the deal -- you want YOUR deer back after you have harvested it and just the way you want it and that is what you will find at Mike's Meat Processing.  Don't you dare lose this number - 859-805-1577!  Call him early because he books up fast!  Oh, and get this!  Mike brought in the boys a 50th Anniversary NWTF bottle of Woodford Reserve which is etched with their logo and commemoration of the 50th anniversary... and it's autographed by two of the legends of the Kentucky Chapter!  And, hear how you can still get your hands on one of these limited and once in a lifetime collector bottles!  Sit back, drink some good ole Kentucky Bourbon and take a listen to this gobble gobble of a 2 Shots episode!

This dude... Alan George is legit.  Dude has every reason to bask in the glory of what has been a phenomenal journey, but instead, stays grounded with his Kentucky/Marion County roots.  Take a listen as Alan talks about his time at the athletics departments of Notre Dame, Stanford University and Vanderbilt and now his affiliation with NASCAR.  Alan's is polished beyond belief and yet remains the same Alan George that Jim Bo escorted on the back of a Honda 4 Wheeler in the the Marion County Country Ham Days back in the day!  Must listen to episode of 2 Shots on a Barrel

Kentucky native Alan George has not sung in a Nashville bar.  He has not recorded a multi platinum album listened by millions.  However, his road to Nashville is maybe every bit as impressive as the stars that have made their way through Broadway.  Alan has humbly established his name as one of the established names in NASCAR, college athletics, and the category of just honest to goodness human beings.  Alan credits a lot of his success and humility to his hometown of Marion County in the heart of Bourbon Country.  He's truly one of those guys who can have a great conversation with the likes of Mark Cuban or a family in Mexico.  Listen to this episode of 2 Shots and find out that if you think you can do it, then by gosh you can!  Alan, has cemented himself on the Marion County Kentucky/Nashville Tennessee Mount Rushmore!
