2 Speak Geek

After a VERY long hiatus, we are back with Episode 9!

Thank you, everyone, for your patience as Geekdom With the Single Dad returns after a long and arduous move to a new city.  Now that things are finally settled, we can continue bringing you content twice a month!

A special note: yes, we are aware of the audio issues throughout the episode.  The sound periodically cuts out; we are trying to figure out what happened so we don't repeat the same issues next time.  This is the first time we are recording a remote guest so some issues are to be expected.

On that note, please welcome special guest host Joshua Andrews to the show!

This episode, we take a look at:

- AEW Revolution and WWE Super Showdown

- The Last of Us HBO TV series

- Our theories on how mutants and the Fantastic Four can join the MCU

- The Batman suit and Batmobile reveal!

- Xbox Series X thoughts

- Anthem reboot and what's to come

- and more!

In Episode 4, I had nothing to talk about but ended up talking for nearly an hour.  Funny how things work, right?  Things sound a lot better compared to the previous episode, I promise.

This week, we take a look at :

- My introduction to Detroit: Become Human

- Toy Story 4

- Taking my kids to their first live WWE event

Episode 3 is now in the books, and this week I deal with some pretty horrific technical issues.  I don't know what went wrong, the sound of my voice is sounding wonky throughout the show, and it periodically cuts in and out.  I apologize for that, and hopefully, it doesn't happen again!

This week, we take a look at:

- AEW's inaugural PPV, Double Or Nothing

- probably the worst wrestling injury I have ever seen

- E3 opinions

- bitching about people who bitch

- and of course, the Album of the Week!

- the new upcoming GRID game

- wrestling news including Money the Bank and AEW

- Ashley Massaro :-(

- Bendy and the Ink Machine

- Astro C40 review

- and the Album of the Week!
