We put the Ommm in omelette. We consider rebirth some more; exploring the idea of reincarnation from a scientific standpoint. We also consider the chicken and egg paradox as promised. Namaste groovy goobers!
Life, death and rebirth. We've looked at death quite a lot lately so we are looking out at the other end of all that. Rebirth and being born again is the subject of today's chat.

We try to get spooky, but barely manage it. It just happens to be all hallows eve tonight so we thought we'd do something remotely topical and go with a possibly scary subject.
We try for a spooky episode. Ever wonder what the deal with mirrors is. Apart from being an absolute slawart cliché of horror movies, the link between the dead and a mirror is a link that's become a part of our collective culture a very long time ago.
Absolutely nothing (little bit) to do with prostates. We dedicate a whole episode to sleep demons, night hags and Kanashibari. We need to consider that Tom's night-time visitor is one of our listeners; its certainly possible.
Another episode about sleep, or specifically, dreams. There is just so much to talk about on the subject, lets hope it doesn't put you to sleep, or does if that what you want. Just make sure that when you are listening to a potentially sleep inducing product of any type, you don't operate heavy machinery. Light machinery is fine apparently, so like a blender or drill; absolutely fine.
Dreams! BIG DREAMS! Do you have big dreams? No not ambitions, if you had those you'd not be listening to this podcast. But dreams in general; wish fulfilment dreams and pivotal ego resetting dreams.
I tell you what cheeses my onions shall I? Not getting enough sleep. It can do strange things to your mind et al. We would all rather get a good night's sleep, and it's unfortunate when you don't get it, or do get it but are convinced that you haven't had it. It's complicated.
Everyone deserves a holiday. Even the eternal tormentors that terrorise us in our paralysed sleep state.
So when you think of "the biggest", what do you think of?
