On today's episode of The One With The Podcast, we are joined by Paul Travers - The Irresistible Lister.
Paul is a super talented and experienced ex Estate Agent who has been successfully selling homes for decades. Based predominantly in boroughs of London, Paul has repeatedly reversed the fortunes of countless branches in his time – transforming them from under performing, financially crippled offices in to thriving businesses fighting for the top spot in their territories. Paul has worked operationally in almost every position the industry has to offer, even launching his own successful brand, NEW LONDON - providing a niche estate agency service for the new build sector before the financial crash.
Following his time as an operational estate agent, Paul carved a career for himself as a copy writer and quickly gained a solid reputation for producing captivating and engaging content. Realising the key role content has to play in bridging the gap between brand and consumer, Paul now extends his services to the modern day estate agent who lacks the time, experience or consistency to publish reliable, relevant and effective content frequently enough to impact on their market.
Through Pauls services, he aims to transform your blog from an under-utilised & uninspiring section of your website into a listing magnet whilst building authority and relationships within your local market. In Pauls words – it’s easier to do good business, when you’re the favorite.
Paul is a truly seasoned professional in the property world, and has been selling houses for longer than I have been on the planet. From my side, it was a real privilege to sit down with Paul for the length of time that I did to learn more about his views on how the industry has changed in years gone by, and crucially where he sees things going in the years to come.
Paul is now based in BUCAREST not BUDAPEST as you will discover in the opening 30 seconds of todays episode, so the audio was captured via a Zoom call.
