2 Thicc Pod

Welcome to another Hobby Release! This episode Jeremy takes on Manny with his assertion that Dumb and Dumber is an awful, horrible, very bad movie. They have about 6 million topics this week so if you thought of it they probably discuss it in this episode: PSA, Premier League, Star Jordan, 1/1s, and unpopular opinions.

Jeremy and Manny go over their time in Atlantic City. The good, the bad, and the ugly… Card collecting is a roller coaster and sometimes an event as big as The National can make people feel some sort of way. We hope you enjoy your hobby release…

It’s HERE! We know you’re probably already sick of National Content and it hasn’t even officially started yet… We’re heading out today and we plan on vomiting more National Content too, because we all love it and you all know it! Jeremy and Manny discuss PWCC, the SGC 9.5 Mantle on Heritage, and new football product. This is a pretty satisfying release.

This week’s hobby release is triple the pleasure. Jeremy and Manny are joined by Courtney from @RecklessCards! The crew talks about NT and The National. They discuss their recent pick ups, trades, and Courtney’s excessive over spending on Stranger Things cards. Plus the beginning of the Thicc PC makes its debut this week!

Hope you're ready for another hobby release! Jeremy and Manny discuss the latest show Reckless Cards visited. Jeremy talks about how nice it was to set up at the Skyline show sponsored by Ludex with his son. They discuss the valuable lessons you can teach your kids at shows and how engaging with everyone at your table can lead to big sales or trades! Are you excited about Topps Chrome PSG? Can you afford it? The guys discuss the value in this new product. Is the discussion around Jordan performing in a modern NBA pointless? See if you agree with Jeremy and Manny! Stay tuned because even though the guys don't consider themselves experts in anything they do have an educational episode planned soon!

A bigger badder longer hobby release this week! Jeremy and Manny touch on a lot of subjects but they mostly discuss participating in The Hobby. Trade Nights, Card Shows, The National, Local Card Shops, and cultivating relationships. Jeremy and Manny offer their advice for navigating trade nights and card shows... so take it with a grain of salt!

Jeremy and Manny have a great conversation even though Manny nearly died of Rona this week. This week the guys explained a little about themselves so you can know who's giving you your hobby release. Jeremy and his wife went to Avery Shoebox's Lansing Show and trade night at 3 Kings in Canton. Who are the guys buying and why? They'll tell you! Do you know how the soccer transfer window works? Are you following it? The guys are and they talk about it in today's hobby release!

When you think of feel good stories from the hobby this is one for the books! Mark is the owner of a small family card shop in Chicagoland and today he pulled the Contenders Optic Mac Jones Gold 1/1 NFL Shield Auto! We all expect these big cards to get pulled by huge breakers and to see a regular man of the hobby rip it... that's something special. Fresh from the high of the day Mark joins us to talk about what it was like to pull the hit of the product and what he plans to do with it!

Hope you're ready for a HUGE release! Tonight Jeremy and Manny discuss PWCC and their take over of the world. The guys actually agree on who they think will win game 6 tonight... do you agree? They spend some time propounding the merits of breaking, buying into breaks, and new product on them market- including Flawless and the monster Mac Jones Shield that has already been pulled by Mojobreak! They talk about the restructuring at Fanatics and all of the big local card shows coming up near Michigan. Will you be at The Midwest Monster or The Chicago Sports Spectacular? As always- enjoy your hobby release!
