Then we talk NBA and really get into the details of this Harden trade. We talk trade winners and losers, if it will work or not and will Harden lose the weight? 

We discuss all of the NFL Wildcard games coming up this weekend and our predictions. We also talk about the craziness that are the NBA standings at this point. Did you see the Suns as the number 1 in the West? Yeah, us neither. We also go on a little bit of a rant about the hypocrisy that is rampant in baseball and what can be done. We also get into some Twitch talk because there's some pretty not pog things happening lately.
