Covid-19 is a real threat to human life, but according to Bloomberg and CNN, its mental health impacts are the other catastrophe that is weighing on the hearts and minds of most of us in 2021.
So what could we do to cope with this mental health challenges facing every one of us? Being kind has its own benefits, so is home cooking. As we learned before, but what else can we do? Let’s have a listen together!
