Hello Radiant Souls!

In this episode, I'm sharing my life's tapestry, woven with threads of love, pain, and profound transformation. My intention is for you to get to know me - and understand what has shaped me into the woman that I am today.

We all have a story - and I hope that mine will inspire you to hold yourself with grace, compassion and triumph for how far you've come. I will share:

• Lessons I've gained from each stage of life from child to maiden to mother

• How acknowledging family dynamics from my childhood has set me free as an adult

• Releasing pain and resentment about my childhood experience by choosing to show up for myself in unconditional love

• My experience with motherhood and the trials of postpartum depression

For today's Integration Insight - I will leave you with a Soul Request - a prayer - that is channeled from my soul to support yours. Feel free to change the word God to Universe, Source, Creator, Mother, Father - whatever feels true to you.

I trust that my pain is an opportunity to remember the strength and resilience of my soul.

I trust that all that I need to heal will be revealed to me with grace and in Divine timing.

I trust my soul, I trust my inner guidance, and I trust all of the unconditionally loving support that manifests around me.

I claim my healing and I claim Love above all else.
