Do you sometimes feel like you're crossing ALL the things off ALL the lists, but can't seem to answer the question "Are you happy?" with an honest "Yes"? I don't know what a happy life looks like to you, but I think you do. Join me on the quest for tiny joys, and get enthusiastic encouragement to notice what actually makes you feel happy and wonderfully alive, so you can live a life you've decided on, not one chasing what you think you "should".
