I share my story on how stuck I was in life and my turning point was when I started letting the right people in to help me overcome my traumas. This is when I learned that we heal together; we are not meant to suffer and struggle trying to figure everything out on our own.

The key to change is identifyingwhat is keeping you stuck and unhappy in life. So often we look to external factors to comfort us in efforts of searching for happiness. As a society, this has led us to infinite dependencies and addictions: from food, sugar, drugs, alcohol, shopping, gambling, etc.
Often as we are trying to escape our habits that bring momentary comfort that later leads into regret, we find ourselves struggling more than ever and feel like it is impossible to escape the very thing we are going to for comfort.
Let’s dive into how we get tochange our mindsets. We do not have to live lives as victims and feeling sorry for ourselves. We can rise above and be a victor in our lives.
Here are 4 strategies to get unstuck
* Focus – choose 1 positive thing you can do for yourself each day* Prioritize – become clear in what is truly important to you* Be Mindful – pay attention on purposein this moment and live intentionally* Be someone who follows through – don’t just say you’re going to do something, do it!
I need you to know that you are not alone, we are in this journey of striving to live a better life together. Remember to do one thing each day to help keep you focused on your journey and the goal that you are striving for…to live a courageous and confident life.
We will heal together, one day at a time.
