I'm a big believer that we all have collected some type of trauma within our lifetime. Even though time may have surpassed the initial event, sometimes we re-experience the exact emotions or feelings within the body/mind in times of perceived danger - I like to call these triggers.


In today's episode, we talk about what triggers are, how to diffuse them in the moment and why it may be beneficial to do some internal work behind the trigger so that we can live more full and present lives.
