Getting Enough Sleep is so important to your fitness journey because, for me, when I don't get enough sleep, I literally eat everything in sight, trying to get some sort of energy from that food. It's at that time that I don't eat healthy and don't make the best choices for myself and my health.


Laurie is on a non diet culture mentality fitness journey at 43 years old after years of struggling with eating disorders, abuse, addiction and mental health struggles. She speaks her truth loudly to empower you to know you are not alone and that you can also heal and create your best life.
