A self-reflection session on the 2022 Nike Melbourne Marathon.

As the journey continues, this session brings so much self-reflection over the last 12 months of progress, loss and change. Anthony and I discuss the good, the bad & the lessons learnt from running the Melbourne marathon. The suffering of pain and how we challenged our minds to keep going when we felt like giving up. 

The highlight of the session is how Anthony explains the power of taking small steps towards a goal and that you can train hard and also have fun. 

We encourage the listeners to enter the session with an open mind and leave the session ‘trying’ something new in their own lives.
