This is a quickfire Be A Wolf session recorded six days before my wedding.

Most of us wait for the right moment: the right time to launch, to make the call, to back ourselves. It doesn’t always come. Sometimes you have to go out and create it.

Session 231: Nothing Matters (So Go Anyway)

In this session, Nayz flips the idea that “nothing really matters” from something bleak into something freeing. If the failures, the embarrassment and other people’s opinions all fade, then fear loses its grip and you’re free to go after what you actually want.
