Many of us struggle with depression - I'm one of those people. Last fall-winter was particularly tough for me. This episode was recorded back in October of 2023 as I was just beginning to fall into the depths of one of the toughest depression episodes I've ever experienced.

I'm good now, and am on the other side, but I still felt it should be shared. We all struggle, we all have faults, pobody's nerfect.

This podcast is not a scientific one. I am nowhere near a doctor, nor am I qualified to help anyone diagnose or treat ADHD or any other disorder.
