Today I explored how often we seek confirmation rather than true learning.

Validation feels safer – but it keeps us stagnant.

Real leadership is about intellectual humility: being willing to not know, to refine, to see new perspectives without feeling threatened.

Ask yourself today:

- Where am I seeking certainty instead of expansion?
- Where could I stretch into a new perspective rather than confirm what I already know?
