My mom retired last week, after a 40 year long career working in corporate America. I can't help but share and reflect on all the different lessons and stories from her retirement, how it's affected me and my perspective of work - and also as an Asian American woman. Tribute and shout out to my mom for letting me talk about her journey and experience!
